2nd Viewing
I rewatched Aquaman on a cruise. I know, haha. Funny, right?
The name Ocean Master, to this day, hits god-tier levels of acclaim. It’s a title that the legends from up above will be speaking about for generations beyond and writing in their worshipped historical texts. Its arrival was surely prophesied in many scrolls from the distant past, and some may even deduce it to be an epithet that was predicted confidentially in the corners of the Bible as evidence has shown.
Okay, okay, I’m done joking around now.
James Wan knows how to direct action. But, fire these gosh darn writers—no offense. Then, you should have a good movie. Oh wait, that’s right, we have Shazam! Yippee!
And Black Manta is a quality meme.
But in all seriousness, watching Aquaman for the first time was, in a satirical manner, semi-fun to indulge. However, seeing it a second time, it’s a bit of a chore to butt through. But, at least this movie gave us the inspirational nickname “Ocean Master.” Bless.
