Honey Boy is a customary yet compelling drama that’s entirely saved by Shia LaBeouf. Yes, LaBeouf’s personal writing and transformative performance make this (mostly) true story an ample encounter. It’s also reassuring to know that Pennywise has now been overtaken as the scariest clown of the year by none other than James Lort (AKA Shia LaBeouf’s dad).
Anywho, good job, Shia. Seriously. Thanks for sharing this with us and finding a way to aid your wounds through the art of storytelling.
