Hey, if you’re gonna cheat on your asshole of a husband with someone, Brad Pitt certainly ain’t a bad option to consider.
Thelma & Louise is proof that you and your pal can still have the moving time of your lives even at the hands of tragedy. Although I didn’t find Ridley Scott’s cult classic to be anything more than just the casually ordinary “road-trip gone wrong” + “friendship is bonding“ combo feature-length, it’s definitely entertaining. You can’t not feel for the two main characters and the troubles they encounter.
Some of the critics’ reviews from 1991 be trippin’ though. Folks were babies back then. Nah, folks are still babies actually.
Verdict: B-
